Summary
President Clinton?s past statements come home to roost as Independent Counsel Ken Starr sends the Republican-led House his referral outlining the grounds for impeachment. House Republicans vote to release the “Starr Report” ahead of the mid-term election and its salacious details become fodder for late-night television and mainstream news alike.
