Summary
Is Loris (Roberto Benigni) a serial killer? Inspector Frustalupi is convinced that he is, after 18 women are attacked in his district. But he has no proof, so with the help of Doctor Taccone, he decides to send secret agent Jessica to share Loris's apartment. Jessica is unable to find anything that might incriminate Loris.
