The topic is explored in terms of the wide variety of patterns that exist in the way individuals retire. The life satisfaction and well-being of people during their retirement years is studied and probed. Finally, the numerous social adjustments that one must make and suggestions for optimal adjustments are discussed. Along with retiring, many seniors also make changes in living arrangements.
