Summary

When former black ops specialist Tom Steele (Steven Seagal of THE UNDER SIEGE FRANCHISE) and his partner Manning (Steve Austin of RECOIL and WWE) are assigned to decommission an old prison, they must oversee the arrival of two mysterious female prisoners.
