Summary
The debut novel in a new dark and sexy series (and a major change in setting, taking the reader away from urban fantasy) is set in a small town that has no churches and gargoyles on each downspout on all the buildings reminding one of Stephen King. There are no werewolves, half demons or witches here. But there is a young woman with preternatural feeling for the future which she tries to deny. Olivia has learned the secret of her birth (her parents are notorious serial killers) and escaped the media frenzy to Cainsville. There are dark forces at work in town.
